Mealani’s Taste of the Hawaiian Range is 5 p.m. on Sept. 26 at the Hilton Waikoloa Village in Waikoloa. Thirty top chefs will prepare cuisine using all the cuts of pasture-raised beef, plus local produce, at its 19th annual event. Meet local food producers, enjoy samples, browse among educational booths from 5 to 8 p.m. Entertainment is also included. Tickets are $45 pre-sale, $60 day of event.
