Vivian Aronowitz, a registered dietician and certified diabetes educator, will present A New Way of Eating at Tutu’s House from 5 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12. Coinciding with National Nutrition Month, Aronowitz will lead a discussion on how to evaluate personal eating style and practices. Her presentation teaches how to plan the optimal eating style for each person’s particular physiology and needs.
According to Aronowitz, rapid weight loss usually results in rapid weight regain, and yo-yo dieting sabotages metabolism. Aronowitz will provide some fun taste testing to wake up the senses. It is time to go beyond the latest fad for a thoughtful and consistent a lifestyle.
