Business 1st Pau Hana’s bring businesses together

The Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of North Hawaii holds rotating monthly Business 1st Pau Hana events from 5 to 7 p.m. at local businesses to offer South Kohala business leaders an opportunity to talk face-to-face on issues that impact them. Networking time is from 5 to 5:30 p.m. followed by an informal “roundtable” discussion from 5:30 to 6:30 discussing issues or critical business or community information that might be of interest to others attending. The next meeting is on Thursday, Dec. 5, at the Blue Dragon Restaurant in Kawaihae.

Next year’s meetings: Jan. 7, The Fish & The Hog; Feb. 4, Red Water Lanai; March 6, Blue Dragon Lanai; April 1, Red Water Lanai; May 6, Merriman’s Garden; June 5, Blue Dragon Lanai; July 1, Red Water Lanai; Aug. 5, Merriman’s Garden and Sept. 2 Merriman’s Garden.
